Goodbye to Garden in Bloom

Today I am sharing another stamp set that I really like that is retiring the Garden in Bloom Stamp set.

But the good news is – this card is made with the Stampin’ Up! color Flirty Flamingo which is staying!

So I have found a few scraps of the Fruit Stand Designer paper left from the 2016 catalog.  So am going to make a few of these cards with a group of ladies that I am stamping with today.

I cut the DSP on a diagonal and used the other side of the DSP inside the card.  Here is the inside.  I love the colors and fun spring feel of this card!

It is hard to see, but I used the Wink of Stella on the flower petals to give them that extra little zing.  Everything needs a little bling!

Both cards have a card base of Flirty Flamingo cardstock.

The card on the left is randomly stamped with the flowers from the Garden in Bloom stamp set.  This is a great way to make your own Designer paper.   For this card I used Flirty Flamingo and Peekaboo Peach inks to stamp the flowers.  The outline of the flower is stamped with the primary color and the inside of the flower is stamped with the same color and then stamped a second time on a second flower to get the lighter shade.  The leaves are stamped with Wild Wasabi.  Just a side note that Peekaboo Peach and Wild Wasabi inks are also retiring.

For the card on the right, I used a Black Archival ink pad to stamp the outline of the flowers and then filled them in with the Flirty Flamingo ink.  The flowers were cut out and applied to the card with dimensionals.  The butterfly is colored with Daffodil Delight in the center.  The edge of the Butterfly wings is a brush stroke of the Peekaboo Peach ink.

I will miss this beautiful Cheery stamp set!

Don’t miss out!

Have a great day!

How to CASE a Card

I am going to show you how to case a card today.  Have you ever seen a card that you like and wonder how to make it?  CASE is the crafting word for Copy and Share Everything.  The most important point is to give credit to the person that designed the card originally!

This week I have been playing around with the Share What you Love Bundle of products since those are featured this month.  I like the card that is in one of the examples that Stampin’ Up! published to the Demonstrators.  So I am going to show you how I CASEd the card and then made a version that is just a little stepped up (more bling added).

The Card on the left is the card that Stampin’ Up! published on the demonstrator site.

This card has a Rich Razzleberry Card base that has been cut to 4 1/4″ x 11 and scored at 5 1/2″ to stand the long way.  A piece of Whisper white cardstock has been cut to 3 3/4″ x 5″.  I can tell the dimension by the wider layer that is on this card.  Most card layers are 1/4″ smaller – this has a wider layer (more of the background card is showing) so the layer is 1/2″ smaller than the card base.

To make the banner end on this layer, I made a little mark on the bottom of the layer in the center.  Then went up 3/4″ and made another mark.  I used my Paper snips to cut on the diagonal from each edge to the dot int the center.

The Center of the card is stamped with the Love What you Do Stamp set.  The background and small flowers on the top are stamped with the new In-color Grapefruit Grove.  I have to say this is favorite new In-Color for this year.  The leaves on the side are stamped with Old Olive ink.  The rose is stamped with Rich Razzleberry ink.  The cute detailed tag comes from the Share What you Love Embellishment Kit.  “Thank you” is stamped with Rich Razzleberry ink.
Here are the items from the Stampin’ Up! Bundle.  Interested in getting a head start with this new Suite of Products?  Check out the bundles HERE.  As you can see to the left, the bundle includes the Grapefruit Grove Ink pad!!

The card on the right is a stepped up card with an additional layer and a little more bling.

The Card Base is the new Grapefruit Grove Cardstock.  The whisper white layer is the same size (3 3/4″ x 5″) with a layer of old olive underneath.  The old Olive is cut to 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ to make a very narrow layer.

The background is stamped with the Grapefruit Grove ink.  Leaves are stamped with Old Olive Ink and the roses are stamped with Rich Razzleberry ink.  I added the tag from the Share What you Love Embellishment Kit and tied a piece of the white twine in the kit thru the side of the tag.  I then added two small piece of the Rich Razzleberry Velvet ribbon as a tail coming off the side of the tag.

That’s it! That is how to CASE a Card.  You make the card as shown or you can modify the card and add your own touches and embellishments to it.  As we all know, the embellishments are the fun part!

Review of You Move Me Stamp set

Today I am sharing a card that I received last fall for my Birthday from one of my great Stampin’ Friends, Kathie Durgan on the You move me butterflywest coast.  I would like to share some of my favorites from sets that are retiring over the next couple of weeks.

This post is a couple of samples made with the You Move Me Stamp set.

Here are the details for this Beautiful Birthday card:

the Card base is Basic Black cardstock cut to 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″.  The second layer is a piece of Gold Foil cut to 5 1/4″ x 4″.  The third layer is a piece of Whisper white cardstock cut to 3 3/4″ x 5″.   The pattern on the bottom of the white cardstock is made using the Black Washi Tape.  I love the way you can use a little tape to look like Designer paper!

The butterfly is cut from a piece of Gold Foil with an overlay cut from Basic Black cardstock.

I love the images in the You Move Me stamp set.  The bird, butterfly and flower are 3 part stamps that allow you stamp a detailed and colorful image using multiple colors of ink for the image.   The corresponding dies allow you to create an interactive image that appears to flutter using the “grill” piece on the front of a card.  A great card that moves.

Here is an example of the You Move Me stamp set and dies used to create an interactive c
ard.  This card was designed by one of my downlines, Debby Donovan for a class that she was teaching at one of our Creative Crafters’ Escape Stamping Retreats.

Like these ideas?  Don’t miss out!   This set is retiring and will be gone after May 31st!

Ready to place an order?  If you are in the United States and don’t have a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, I would love to be your demonstrator.  If your order is under $150 use the Host Code  RY33UA2V and I will share a sampler of the new upcoming Share What you Love DSP with you.  Of course if your order is over $150, then claim the Host benefits for yourself!  I love to share Host benefits with my customers!

Happy Stamping!

Handmade Masculine Card

Truly Tailored cardToday I am sharing a Handemade Masculine card made with the Truly Tailored Stamp set by Stampin ‘Up!.  This is one of the cards that I used for a swap at the Hartford OnStage event.

Did I mention how much fun my team and I had at the Hartford OnStage event?

I do really like the Truly Tailored stamp set and the coordinating True Gentlemen Designer paper!  One of the better masculine sets that Stampin’ Up! has released in a while!

I also like the Z Fold format which I seem to use for masculine cards each year.  Lol, I am too predictable!

So the Details on this card:
1.  the Card base is a 11″ x 4 1/4″ piece of Crumb Cake cardstock scored at 5 1/2″ and 2 3/4″.  Fold into a Z format.
2.  I used Chocolate Chip Cardstock to layer the True Gentlemen Designer paper on.  I mixed up the patterns on the Designer paper for the various panels to give the card interest.  That is one of the best things about Stampin’ UP! Designer paper.  All the pieces in a given set coordinate and look great together!  The dimensions for the layers on this card are:
  • Back piece – chocolate chip layer cut to 5 3/8″x 4 1/8″, Designer paper  cut to 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Two smaller pieces – chocolate chip layer – cut to 2 5/8″ x 4 1/8″,  cut the designer paper layer to 2 1/2″ x 4″
  • Layer these pieces onto the Crumb cake card base
3.  Next cut a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock to 3″ x 9″.  Score this piece at 3″ and 6″.  Again fold into a Z pattern.  The dimensions for these pieces are:
  • Front piece – cut a piece of night of navy cardstock to 2 7/8″  square, cut the designer paper to 2 3/4″ square.
  • Back piece – cut a piece of tranquil tide cardstock to 2 7/8″ square and cut the designer paper to 2 3/4″ square.
  • NOTE – I left the center vanilla square blank.  You could add another layer to this pieces as well.
4.  Add a piece of the Corduroy Night of Navy ribbon around the first layer before you attach the layers to the vanilla Z fold card.  Stamp the sentiment “to a Classy Kind of Man” with Night of Navy ink on a scrap of very vanilla cardstock.      Also stamp the little bow tie with Night of Navy ink.  Punch out the sentiment with the Tailored Tag punch.  Trim around the edge and cut out a tag with the punch from Night of Navy cardstock.  Adhere the sentiment to the Navy tag.  Cut out the bow with your snips and attach on the sentiment over the comb.

5.  Now for the back panel.  Use the Chocolate chip, Night of Navy and Tranquil Tide markers to ink up the sentiment stamp “wishing you a Dapper Day”.  I used night of navy ink to ink the “wishing you a”  and the Tranquil Tide marker to ink up the “Dapper Day”.  I used the chocolate chip to ink the mustache.  Stamp onto a piece of very vanilla cardstock.  Cut this out with the stitched circle framelit that fits around this sentiment.  Attach the circle to a scalloped circle cut from the Layering Circle framelits.  Attach to the back side of the 3×3 piece.

6.  Line up the front Z fold panel with the center of the front panel of the card.  Make sure to add adhesive to only the left side of the panel as you want half the piece to hang over the closed edge.

That’s it!  Your done!

I hope that you have liked my Handmade Z Fold Card made with  the True Gentlemen Designer Paper and the Truly Tailored stamp set.

This stamp set and Designer paper are retiring.  So if you would like to make this project and you do not have a demonstrator in the USA – I would love to be your demonstrator.  If you order is under $150 then use the Host code AUZPM4HA and I will send you a gift for placing your order with me.  I love to share the Host benefits with my customers!

Fancy Fold card with Beautiful Day

TBrusho Fancy Fold Cardoday I am sharing a Fancy Fold card that I made for a for the upcoming Stampin’ Up! onStage event!  Can you imagine 800 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators in one room seeing the new catalog for the first time??  Well, that is OnStage this weekend in Hartford!  2 days of fun catching up with other Stampin’ Up! demonstrators, checking out the new catalog, new products and a little training for the next year!

This card is 4 1/4″ square.  It is actually a smaller version of the card that I posted last week made with the Springtime Foil DSP.  Here is the inside for this card.

Here are the details to make this card:
1.  The Card base is a 4 1/4″ x 8 1/2″ piece of whisper white cardstock.  Score at 4 1/4″ and fold in half.  I love the neat watercolor look that you can get with the Brusho Crystals and thought that would make a good background for the flower from the Beautiful Day stamp set.

Sprinkle a little of the yellow, red and orange Brusho Crystals on the front of the card and spritz with water.  I use a box lined with paper towels to do my spritzing since the color will run.  Set the card base aside to dry.  The sample that I have above  has a lot of the speckles left from the crystals.  If you want a more watercolor look – you can spritz a little more.  This is another card front that I made that used a little more water which gives a different look without the speckles.

2.  After your card base has dried, I added a 4 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ piece of whisper white cardstock on the inside of the card front.  This hides the “drips” from the Brusho crystals.  I stamped the leaf with Pear Pizazz ink from the Petal Palette stamp set on this inside piece.

3.  Cut a 1/2″ window on the front side of the card. Line up your paper trimmer at 1/2″. Move your cutting blade to 1/2″ on the top clear ruler of the cutter. Cut up to 3 3/4″. Rotate your piece and make the next cut. Cut each side to make a window. When you are finished you will have a 3 3/4″ square. Trim 1/8″ off two sides of the square.  Save this square. You will use it later on.

4.  Next cut a piece of Calypso Coral cardstock to 4″ x 5 3/4″.  Score this piece at 2 1/8″ and 3 7/8″.  Fold into a Z fold.  Line up the 4″ side of the Z fold with the right side of the card back.  Use Fast Fuse or your adhesive of choice to adhere the last panel to the right side of the card back.  Fold the Calypso Coral piece up and line up the square from the window that you cut out.  Use adhesive on the right side of the square and attach to the coral piece.  It should now move smoothly thru the window on the front of the card.

5.  Decorate panels for the sides of the Z fold piece of the card.  I used 4″ x 3 3/4″ piece of Whisper white cardstock for each panel.  The first panel I embossed with the Layered Leaves embossing folder.  I used a brayer and added a little Pear Pizazz ink over the embossed leaves.  On the second panel, I stamped the Leaves from the Petal Palette stamp set with Pear Pizazz ink.  I then stamped my message with Calypso Coral ink over the leaves.

6.  Next I stamped the Rose from the Beautiful Day stamp set on Whisper white cardstock.  I used Versamark and Melon Mambo ink and embossed the image with Clear Embossing powder and a Heat tool.  I colored the Rose with the Brusho Crystals.  To do this, sprinkle a little of the crystal on a clear block and add 2-3 drops of water.  Use an aqua painter to paint the flower.  I used the Yellow crystals for the center of the flower.  I then added a little bit of orange outside the center of the flower.  I then covered this up with red ink from the red crystals.  NOTE:  I had to practice and play around with the amount of water the get the level of color that I wanted and to do the shading.  I used dimensionals to attach the Rose to the front of the card.

7.  The last step is to cut 2  1/2″ x 3″ tabs from a scrap of whisper white cardstock.   Score the tabs at 1 1/2″ and fold in half.  Line up the fold with the point where the Z fold portion of the card meets the frame.   Attach with tear and tape or fast fuse.  Make sure that you fold up your card and make sure that the pieces line up and the card closes flat.  Attach the second tab on the bottom.

That’s it!  I hope that you liked this card today!

Springtime Foil Fancy Fold Card

Springtime Foil Designer Series PaperToday I am sharing a beautiful Fancy Fold Card that I made with the Stampin’ Up! Springtime Foil Designer Series paper.   This Designer Series paper is by far my favorite of all the DSPs that I have seen in a while!  It is a thick glossy white cardstock with Silver, Gold and Copper embossed images..  It is simply gorgeous!

I saw this Fancy Fold technique on Pinterest and had to figure it out!  I love Fancy Fold techniques!  So I will see if I can explain it!  For cards like this – I always make a template.  I recommend using two different colors of Cardstock to make your template as it helps you to remember how the pieces fit together!

NOTE:  These pictures are from my template.  I used Pool Party as the base for this card and whisper white for the inside portion of the card.
1.  Card Base:  5 1/2″ x 11″ piece of cardstock,  scored at 5 1/2″.   cut a 3/4″ window on the front side of the card.  Line up your paper trimmer at 3/4″.  Move your cutting blade to 3/4″ on the top clear ruler of the cutter.  Cut up to 4 3/4″.  Rotate your piece and make the next cut.  Cut each side to make a window.  When you are finished you will have a 4″ square.  Save this square.  You will use it later on.

2.  Cut a coordinating piece of cardstock to 7 1/2″ x 5 1/4″, score at 2 1/2″ and 5″ (I used whisper white for my 2nd piece on my template).  Fold in a Z pattern.  Attach the back of the 2nd piece to the back of the base.  With the Z fold – the two pieces together will form a square in the center.

3.  Attach the 4″ square that you cut when you cut out the window to the front part of the Z fold.  I trimmed 1/8″ off two sides so the piece will fold smoothly thru the window of the card base.  I then added a 3 1/2″ square of whisper white as a layer.

4.  Cut two tabs to 3/4″ x 5 1/4″.  Score each at 2 1/2″.  Line up the score line on the tab with the line where the white piece lines up with the Pool Party piece.  Attach the tabs (cut from Pool Party) to the back side of the inside piece, white piece, and attach to the inside of the window frame.  Do the same on the bottom.   NOTE:  I added a small piece of white over the tab on the back of the white piece to make the tab less noticeable.

That’s it!  So here are pictures of my finished project with the Springtime Foil DSP.  I do love this DSP – did I mention that already?  The flowers on the front are fussy cut from the Copper Foil design and colored with the Blends markers.  The square on this card is a 4″ square of Gold Foil that I have embossed with the Layered Leaves embossing folder.   I stamped “wedding wishes” from the Rose Wonder stamp set with versamark and embossed with Silver embossing powder.

The inside piece for my Springtime Foil card is the embossed leaves.  I stamped 3 of the small flowers from the Rose Wonder stamp set on a piece of Glossy White cardstock, embossed them and cut them out with the coordinating thinlits.  I added a message also from the Rose Wonder stamp set to the back layer of the card.

So I hope you have liked my project today.  I am planning on recording a video for this technique.

So the important point for this week – is this the last week of Sale-a-bration!  So don’t miss out!

Crosses of Hope Handmade Card & Class

Crosses of Hope handmade cardToday I am sharing a card that one of my team members, Margaret Galvez made that I call the Crosses of Hope Handmade card.  I absolutely love the Stampin’ Up! Hold on to Hope stamp set and Crosses of Hope Framelits.  This is such a beautiful set with fantastic dies to compliment the stamp set.

These crosses are perfect to make Easter cards, Sympathy cards, Confirmation or Baptism cards.  I love the detail of the dies.

So one of my Team Members on the Stamping New England Team designed 5 beautiful cards using the Sale-a-bration DSP – Springtime Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper and this stamp bundle.  This DSP  has several sheets of embossed lilies and other spring flowers that are very commonly used for Easter.  The designs on the paper are embossed with Silver, Gold and Copper.

I have pulled together a PDF with the details for making these gorgeous cards!

This beautiful card uses Blushing Bride and Rich Razzleberry cardstock with Cardstock Vellum.  The Narrow Cross and Wide Cross are cut from Copper Foil Cardstock and layered together.  Both the Vellum and Blushing Bride cardstock base are embossed with the Layered Leaves Embossing Folder.   I love the look of embossed vellum as the image turns a little white around the embossed image.Springtime Foil Specialty Designer Series Paper

The embossed vellum is layered onto a piece of Blushing Bride cardstock and then on a slightly larger piece of Rich Razzleberry cardstock.  A White Organza ribbon is wrapped around this layer.  Next a lily and leaf are cut from the Springtime Foil Specialty Designer paper that is one of the new Sale-a-bration items.  This paper is absolutely gorgeous!

So are you interested in the detailed instructions for these these beautiful cards?  I have assembled a PDF with full color directions to make 5 beautiful cards using the Hold on to Hope bundle with the Springtime Foils Specialty Designer paper.  These cards also use Gold and Copper Foil.  You can purchase the full color instructions for just $9.95 through Paypal.

Thank you for stopping by today and checking out my cards.  These cards will be featured at my Class this Friday.  10am to 3pm during the day or 7pm for nighttime.

Sale-a-bration Blossoming Basket

Today I am sharing a card that I made with the new stamp set available during Sale-a-bration Blossoming Basket by Stampin’ Up!

If you have been to my blog before, you know that I absolutely love flowers!  And I also love the new Blends markers.  So what a perfect way to combine two of my favorite things – flowers and Blends markers.

First I just had to play with the Blossoming Basket stamp and the Blends together.  So I stamped the Basket on a piece of Watercolor paper with Momento Black Ink.  I used the Blends Markers to color in the flowers.

My tip for using Blends (alcohol markers) is to choose the area of image where you want to accent the light.  Each Blends marker set comes with a light and dark marker.  So for example, the Crumb Cake has a light marker and a darker marker.  So I chose the middle left area of the basket as the area where the light will shine – so will be lighter.  I used the light Crumb Cake marker on this section and outlined the edge of the basket with the dark Crumb Cake Blends Marker.  Then I use the lighter Crumb Cake marker over the darker color and pull or blend the darker and lighter colors together.

I have found the most important thing for coloring flowers with the Blends Markers  is to remember that no two flowers are the same.  When you look at a flower petal, there is a natural variation of color between petals – so don’t stress about coloring flowers.  For the Pink rose in the middle, I highlights the edge of the petals with the darker color Pink Pirouette marker and then blended with the lighter color Pink Pirouette to fill in the color on the petal.  For the Coral petals – I used the darker Daffodil Delight marker as my lighter color and the light Calypso Coral marker as my darker color.  I love the combination of color that I got with the two different colors together.   The Calypso Coral together was too dark for me.  So blending the two colors gave me a shade that was a little lighter than Calypso Coral

So my advice to you when using blends is to experiment and mix colors.   After I finished coloring the basket, I did fussy cut out the image.  Then the fun.  What to use to make a card from the basket?  I was a little stumped but then thought about the Fabulous Foil Designer acetate.  Of course I have some and haven’t used it in a while.

The card base is a piece of Whisper White cardstock cut to 5 1/2″ x  8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″.  Next is a layer of  Blushing Bride cardstock cut to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and piece of the Gold Fabulous Foil Designer acetate cut to the same size.  So the trick to using either vellum or acetate is hiding the adhesive.  So I added the adhesive behind the main image – square with the basket.

Next I cut a 3″ square of Whisper White cardstock.  I embossed the Whisper White with the Garden Trellis Embossing Folder.   This is layered on a Scalloped square of Champagne Foil (which did carry over from the Holiday catalog) cut using the Layering Square thinlits.  Then I attached the flower basket with dimensionals and attached this to the middle of the card.  Last I used a 1″ x 3″ piece of Vellum and stamped “Happy Easter” from the Hold onto Hope stamp set and embossed the words with Gold Embossing Powder.  Last I made a bow from the Powder Pink Shimmer Ribbon.

Here are the supplies that I used for this project:

I am very pleased with how this card came out!  Thank you for stopping by today and checking out my card made with the

Magical DayToday I am featuring a set of  kids cards that would make a Magical Day birthday party for kids.  These cards are stunning and feature a variety of techniques.  They feature the Magical Day stamp set from the Stampin’ Up! Occasions catalog.

Here is a sneak peak of one of the cards.  This card features the Wizard and the Unicorn from the Magical Day stamp set.

The Clouds in the background of this card are made with the cloud stencil from the Pattern Party decorative masks and the Shimmer White Embossing Paste on a piece of Soft Sky Cardstock.

The Wizard and the Unicorn are stamped on Whisper White cardstock and colored with markers.
They are then cut out using the coordinating framelit dies.

The sentiment “Hope Your Day is Magical” is stamped with Lemon Lime Twist Ink and cut out using the Layering Oval Framelits.  This is layered on Scalloped Oval cut from the Lemon Lime Twist Glimmer paper that coordinates with the Myths & Magical Designer paper.

The Wizard card is just one of 5 projects that is available with this set.  Other cards in this set include a shaker card featuring mermaids, a second is a quilt card featuring a mermaid.  There is a cute card with a dragon attacking a castle.  Another card with a wizzard and unicorns.  The last is a Z Fold Card decorated as a Castle!  This card would be great as a centerpiece for a Kids Birthday Party.

I will be teaching a class making these 5 cards on Friday the 23rd at my Creative Playground in Methuen, Massachusetts.  Not in MA –  I am also assembling instructions and will have the PDF available for sale soon.

Fast Fuse Sale – Valentines Day Frame

Starting tomorrow February 8th there is a FLAsH sale on Stampin’ Up’s Fast Fuse.  But this special is only until Feb. 11th and while supplies last.  if you remember last fall, supplies ran out very quickly!

Wouldn’t it be great to receive this beautiful Valentines Day frame from someone special?  A perfect Valentines gift for that perfect someone!

This is a very quick and easy Valentines project to make.

1.  Purchase a frame at any pharmacy or craft store.
2.  Cut a piece of the Painted with Love Designer Series paper to the size of the frame opening for the background piece.  I usually use the background cardboard as a template for the size to cut.
3.  Stamp the desired sentiment from the Sure do Love You stamp set on Powder Pink Cardstock.  Cut out with the corresponding heart die.  Also cut a heart from a piece of Gold Foil.
4.  Select a corresponding piece of Designer paper from the Painted with Love DSP that you like layered with your background.  Cut 1″ smaller than the background piece on each side.
5.  Center onto background piece.
6.  Attach Stamped and Gold Heart with stamping dimensionals.
7.  Tie a bow with the Tinsel Trim and attach to the frame as desired.
8.  Insert picture into the frame.  NOTE:  Depending upon the depth of the frame and your hearts with the dimensionals, you may want to leave the glass off the frame.

That’s it!  A quick and easy Valentines gift that is sure to please your special someone!

Painted with Love Birthday Card

Painted with Love Birthday cardToday I am sharing another card made with the Painted with Love Designer paper from Stampin’ Up! that was designed by my very talented downline friend Margaret.

The difference is that this card is a Birthday Card and not a Valentines Card.  Another great way to use this paper.  It is not for just Valentines!

So here are the details on this card!

the Card base is a piece of Whisper White Cardstock cut to 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″.  Next is a layer of Powder Pink cardstock (one of the in colors) cut to 5 1/4″ x 4″.  Next is a layer of Rich Razzleberry cardstock which is cut to 3 5/8″ x 4 7/8″.

Next are 4 pieces of the Painted with Love Designer Paper cut to 1 3/4″ x 2 3/8″ layered onto the 3 5/8″ x 4 7/8″ piece of Rich Razzleberry cardstock and layered onto the powder pink layer.  There is a strip of the gold vinyl painted love stickers along the bottom of the cardstock.

The centerpiece of this beautiful card is the birthday greeting.  The greeting is stamped with Rich Razzleberry ink on a piece of whisper white cardstock using the Picture Perfect stamp set. There is a round painted with Love vinyl sticker around the birthday sentiment.  This piece has been cut using a scalloped circle from the Layering circle framelits set.  This is layered onto a slightly larger circle cut from a piece of Rich Razzleberry cardstock    And then this is layered onto a third larger circle cut from powder pink cardstock.  Around the edge of this focal point is wrapped a piece of the Pink tinsel trim that coordinates with the Painted with Love Designer paper.

The centerpiece is then layered onto the front of the card.  Stamp and cut out a small heart from the Sure Do Love you stamp set.  Place on the side of the centerpiece.

Here are the products that were used for this card!
