Each year I have two retreats for my downline at Cape Cod. One in the spring and one in the fall. Last weekend was our Spring Retreat.
We spend the weekend laughing, eating and of course stamping. Everyone brings a shoebox swap to share and other projects that they are working on.
Over the next couple of days, I will post the cards and ideas from our event. This is my favorite card that Connie Branius (my upline) was working on. In fact, I had to CASE it when I got home. (CASE stands for Copy and Steal Everything)
This card is made with the Swallowtail stamp. It is stamped 3 times and then pieces are cutout and layers for a 3D effect. Connie used Dazzling Details to add glitter to the wings of the card.
This is another card that Connie made over the weekend. The butterflies are stamped using the flower in the Mixed Bunch stamp set and punched out with
the coordinating flower stamp. Cut off two of the petals to make the butterfly! Stay tuned for more ideas!
