Today I am sharing an oldie but goodie; a card that I really like and is perfect for the 4th of July! Happy Birthday America!
This card was 
made for the Stamping New England design team last year. It uses Real Red cardstock with Pacific Point Polka Dot Designer paper from the Bold Brights Designer paper stack.
The Polka Dot background was cut using the Honeycomb framelit.
So what is Stamping New England? It is a Design team that a couple of my friends and I started about 18 months ago. Each month we design ideas using a specific theme or technique around a Stampin’ Up! stamp set and Designer paper.
