Today I am sharing a Sale-a-bration card that I CASED from my friend Barbara Lash using the Sale-a-bration set Honeycomb Happiness.
Did you know that Stampin’ Up! supports the Ronald McDonald House program each year? Stampin’ Up! designs a specific stamp set for the Ronald McDonald house each year and donates $3 from the proceeds from the designated set to this great charity each year! To date Stam
pin’ Up! has donated over $1,000,000 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Well, Barbara is the coordinator for the Boston Ronald McDonald House. Last week a few of us got together to make some note pads for the parents and family members that are staying at the house. What a great time we had!
Onto this card. This is a quick and easy card since it is only one layer. The cute little chicks from the Honeycomb Happiness stamp set are stamped on a piece of Whisper White cardstock with Black Momento ink. The chicks are also stamped on scraps of the Love Blossoms Designer paper and cut out. Next I stamped a balloon with each chick and added these cute little Honeycombs that are in the Occasions catalog for each balloon. I used a Black Stampin’ Write marker to highlight the chick’s eyes. I used a Rose Red, Lost Lagoon and So Saffron markers to color in the bows on the balloons. The feet are colored with a Pumpkin Pie marker. That’s it! quick and easy!
