Today I am sharing a Delightful Daisy card made with the new Delightful Daisy Designer Series paper in the upcoming June Catalog. I absolutely love this paper!! It has so many beautiful patterns in it and coordinates so well with the Daisy Delight Stamp Set.
Here are the details of this card! The card base is a 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ piece of Night of Navy cardstock. Next is a 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ layer of Old Olive cardstock and two coordinating pieces of the Delightful Daisy Designer paper each cut to 3 3/4″ x 2″. These overlap and are adhered to the Old Olive card stock layer. Then a 3/4″ x 3 3/4″ strip of night of navy cardstock to cover the seam between the two pieces of paper. This is covered with a piece of the new Daffodil Delight double stitched ribbon.
The daisy is stamped with Daffodil Delight ink and punched out with the corresponding daisy punch. The center is stamped with old olive ink and punched out with the 3/4″ circle punch. A little Wink of Stella is added to the center to give it a little dazzle! Do you like this card? This is one of the cards that was designed and rejected for our Daisy Class!
