Today I am sharing a handmade Holiday card that I created using the Stampin’ Up! Alpine Adventure Stamp set and framelits. This set is so cute and perfect for those friends of yours that are big winter sports enthusiasts.
This set has stamps covering a lot of winter sports; skis, toboggan, snow shoes and couple of background images with 
Holiday sentiments. And if you purchase the bundle with the framelits included you can easily cut out your images.
This card uses the Festive Farmhouse Designer series paper. I love the winter themed patterns in this DSP set.
Here are the details of this card!
The card base is a piece of 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ Cherry Cobbler card stock scored at 4 1/4″. The second later is a 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″ piece of Smokey Slate card stock with the Wood Grain pattern from the Festive Farmhouse DSP cut to 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″.
Next I stamped the skis using Soft Suede ink with Garden Green ink for the Boots. I cut the sled out of the Wood Textures DSP. I stamped a small wreath using Garden Green ink and Cherry Cobbler ink for the berries and cut this out with the wreath frame lit. The sentiment “Christmas Greetings” is stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink on the bottom right of the card.
The sleigh is layered onto a piece of the Joyous Noel DSP with the pine bough design cut out with the layering oval framelits. I used the next larger scallop framelit from the Layering Oval Framelit set to cut a piece 
of Green Glimmer paper to cut a larger scalloped oval. Did you see the Cherry, Green and Copper Glimmer paper in the Holiday catalog?!!! Every project should have some sparkle!!
Last but not least, I stamped a set of snow shoes using Soft Suede ink and cut those out. I added a piece of Gray Granite cardstock to the inside of the card with a 1″ x 4″ strip of the Festive Farmhouse DSP. The “Christmas Blessings” is stamped from the Merry Christmas to all stamp set. What a great Greeting set for the Holiday season!
