I can’t believe that it has been 12 Years since Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Selene Kempton called me to ask me to join her with her idea for a Breast Cancer Fundraiser! And the Stamp Out Breast Cancer Event was born!
When Selene called me, I immediately said YES. I had just lost a close friend 6 months before to a long battle with Breast Cancer. Tami White also joined the team. Our event is held in Dracut Massachusetts but is open to anyone that would like to make a donation. If you aren’t in the Boston, Massachusetts area, you will receive a PDF tutorial with all the directions to make the projects! And your name also goes into the door prize drawing.

The best part of this event is all supplies are donated by Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators so that all Money collected is donated to the Making Strides Organization! Participants make 5 projects; 4 cards and a coordinating box.
There are also many items donated by local crafters and businesses, for a large Raffle. All the proceeds from the Raffle and the event are donated to the Making Strides Organization!
The projects this year are made using the Pretty Pumpkins stamp set from Stampin’ Up! with the Expressions in Ink Designer paper. What gorgeous projects these are!
