These vibrant and cheerful cards are made using the new Stampin’ Up! Countryside Corners Dies which coordinate with the Countryside Corners Stamp set. These stunning cards are made with the Bright & Beautiful 6×6 Designer Paper.
I selected several colors from this designer paper and stamped the Countryside Corners image on different colors of cardstock and cut out using the Countryside Corner Dies. So I have many layers cut in six different colors. I then stamped matching daisies from the Sending Smiles stamp set to decorate the cards.
Card Basics
I used the following colors to make these cards:
- Berry Burst
- Melon Mambo
- Crushed Curry
- Granny Apple Green
- Lemon Lime Twist
- Coastal Cabana
This first card has a Berry Burst Card base cut to 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and scored at 4 1/4″. Next is a 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ piece of Bright & Beautiful Designer paper.
Next I layered a combination of Border Frames that I cut from Countryside Border dies using the six colors that make up this card. Lastly I decorated the card with Daisies that I stamped and cut out using the Sending Smiles Bundle.
Second and Third Cards
My second and third cards were made using Coastal Cabana and Pool Party Cardstocks stamped with Coastal Cabana Ink. I also stamped a piece of Basic White CS with Coastal Cabana ink and cut these with the Countryside Border dies. The borders cut from the white adds another color to break up the shades of blue.
These striking cards use a Card Base of Coastal Cabana with a layer of Basic White CS cut to 4 3/4″ x 3 1/2″. The Daisy images are stamped with Crushed Curry and Melon Mambo inks. Tinsel Gems were used embellish the finished cards.
