Today I am going to you how to make Quick and Easy Cards Using Designer Paper Scraps!
I have several examples to show you. The card above uses the new Bright & Beautiful Designer Series paper with the Circle Sayings Bundle (stamp set and punch) which is the card that is shown in the video.
Making these cards is easy and just requires a few minutes. Select two scraps of Designer paper that coordinate but have different patterns. Then choose 2 pieces of Card Stock that coordinate with this Designer paper.
Paper:
- Cardstock Base:Â Â 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ Â score at 4 1/4″
- Layer 1-Â choose a color that coordinates with the DSP – cut to 4″ x 5 1/4″
- DSP Pattern 1:Â Â cut 2 squares of DSP to 1 7/8″ square
- DSP Pattern 2:Â Â cut 2 pieces of DSP to 3″ x 1 7/8″
Stamps:
- Choose a Sentiment set or an image that has a focal point for the center of the card!  Sentiments that fit onto tags are great to use!
- Check out the Something Fancy Stamp set (160416) that coordinates with the Something Fancy Dies (160424)  I used these sentiments on the Card with Regency Park Designer Paper above and the Two By the Bay cards below!
