Today I am sharing a Valentine’s Milkshake card that I made using the Stampin’ Up! Share a Milkshake Bundle with the Country Gingham Designer Series Paper.

I love the Country Gingham Designer paper. It is perfect with the Share a Milkshake Bundle. There are 4 soft colors that blend very well with the colors of ice cream.
Card Design
This card starts with a Card Base of Sweet Sorbet Cardstock cut to 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and scored at 4 1/4″. Next is a piece of Basic White Cardstock that is cut to 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″. and finally a piece of the Country Gingham DSP cut to 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″.
The Country Gingham Designer Paper is layered onto the Basic White CS. I used the Oval Heart Die from the Framed Florets Die set to cut an oval heart frame in the designer paper which I attached that to the center of the card.
Next I cut an Oval from Basic White Cardstock and used a blender brush to add Coastal Cabana ink to the background of the oval. I cut the grid pattern using the background die in the Milkshake Bundle from Sahara Sand cardstock. Lastly I sponged the edge of the Oval with Sweet Sorbet ink and attached it to the center of the card.
The Milkshake Glass is stamped using Coastal Cabana ink. I used So Saffron ink to stamp the Vanilla ice cream and Flirty Flamingo ink to stamp the strawberry ice cream.
The “Be my Valentine” is stamped with Sweet Sorbet ink on a label cut using the Stitched Shapes dies.
Every card needs a little bling! I added the Pastel Adhesive Backed Sequins and some hearts that were cut from Sweet Sorbet cardstock.
Card Inside
For the inside of the card, I used a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock. I decorated this piece with a scrap of the Country Gingham DSP cut with the Scallop die from the Scalloped Contour Die set.
I added a dish of ice cream to the inside of the card. The dish is stamp using Coastal Cabana ink. The ice Cream is stamped with Flirty Flamingo ink.
The sentiment is from the Share a Milkshake Bundle and says “Life is Sweeter with you”.
